From thousands of profiles to 1–3 finalists

We start with the brief: stack, seniority, team context and what has to happen for the hire to work. Our AI agents search LinkedIn, GitHub, the open web, proprietary databases, our network and tech communities at once, and score every profile against that brief.

Then a senior engineer validates each finalist by hand: technical skill, real level for the role, how they work with AI and fit with your team. AI proposes and a person decides. You get 1–3 finalists ready to interview, not 30 CVs.

The first candidate arrives in 1–2 weeks

The first validated candidate usually arrives within 1–2 weeks. Pace depends on the role and the brief, but you do not wait a month to see the first profile.

You pay 15–20% only if you hire

We charge 15–20% of first-year gross salary, on signing, and only if you hire. No retainer and no upfront fees. Every hire comes with a 3-month guarantee.

The job title is not always the right search key. Of 5,980 technical profiles in Spain that declare generative-AI skills, 85.8% do not carry AI Engineer in their title. We measured it in who holds AI Engineer jobs today, alongside what an AI Engineer is and what one earns in Spain.
